Jeff's roots run three/four generations deep in the Mini Cassia area. He has always maintained a love of rural Southern Idaho having grown up working, and still living on, that family farm SW of Burley.
He and his beautiful wife Rachel just started their 32nd year of marriage and are the proud parents of four great looking, hardworking young men. ( and 'yes' ladies, all are still available)
Jeff's interests include flying, football, cooking, his family and their shared love of Akitas. He ran the Mini Cassia Youth Contact Football League for nearly a decade, watching in grow every year of his tenure. That love and appreciation for the youth eventually lead him to start the American Youth Activities Faculties Foundation, which, led him to an amazing deal that he brokered with the City of Burley. Yeah, I know, a great question for him another day.
With so much community involvement under his belt and an ever increasing love of country, his knowledge of property and the rights of people to own it, has vastly increased as to how important these things are to our 'free' and more open western civilization. He believes that it ( private property ownership) is everything and is at the core of our society. He feels the acquiring, ownership, transferability, and whole process of these real property transactions, and the keeping accurate and up to date records thereof, is like a sacred trust.
Whatever it is, coming or going, buying or selling a home, farm or ranch; Jeff would be a great guy to call or text at 208.260.2004.
